Reminiscing the success of the recent TI Easy Freestyle Workshop held last June 2009, TI Alumni gathered in Ban Chiau City, Taipei last 14 August 2009.

TI Introductory and Easy Freestyle Workshop in Taiwan (27, 28 Jun 2009)

Young participants also joining the TI Easy Freestyle Workshop. Here, 2 young ones learning floating and how to relax while in the water.

With the aid of a swim snorkel, swimmers can concentrate on developing their skills in flutter kick and the Over Switch or the arm stroke in Freestyle. Here, the TI Easy Freestyle Workshop students were using snorkel to practice and develop their skills in flutter kick and body alignment.

John Lee, standing in front and Tang Siew Kwan, seated in front providing the participants their individual underwater video analysis in one of their classroom lectures. This tool has proven effective in giving visual recognition to identify their focus points in freestyle.
